1. Scope of Services

Korea Auto Export facilitates the sale, export, and shipment of new and used vehicles from South Korea to international buyers. Our services include vehicle sourcing, inspection, documentation, export clearance, and shipping arrangements.

2. Vehicle Information

  • All vehicle descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided in good faith and based on information received from sellers, auctions, or dealerships.

  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is free from errors or omissions.

  • Buyers should carefully review all available inspection reports and documentation before purchase.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the sale is final.

  • Payment methods accepted include international bank transfer and other mutually agreed secure channels.

  • Payment must be cleared before vehicle export procedures commence.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Inspection and Acceptance

  • Vehicles are inspected prior to sale, and detailed condition reports are provided.

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing all inspection details before approving shipment.

  • Once the buyer authorizes shipment, the vehicle is deemed accepted, and Korea Auto Export is released from liability related to vehicle condition.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer RoRo, container shipping, and door-to-door delivery (where available).

  • Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

  • Korea Auto Export is responsible for customs clearance and delivery to the buyer’s address in countries where doorstep delivery service is provided.

  • Shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

6. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

  • We manage customs clearance and payment of import duties and taxes for locations where our full delivery service applies.

  • Buyers in other locations are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import regulations applicable after the vehicle arrives at the destination port.

7. Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final once payment is received and shipment begins, except in cases of vehicle misrepresentation or unavailability (refer to our Refund and Returns Policy).

  • Buyers should carefully evaluate vehicles and terms before purchase.

8. Liability

  • Korea Auto Export shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, shipment, or use of vehicles.

  • We do not provide warranties on vehicles unless explicitly stated in the sale contract.

  • We are not responsible for damages incurred during international shipping; marine insurance is recommended.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any disputes arising from transactions or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Korean courts.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
